What is it?

Hey, new mom! Are you at least 6 weeks postpartum and feeling ready to get back on your yoga mat? Here is a nice way to do it together with your baby! You may feel excited and a little anxious about getting back to your fitness routine. After the arrival of your baby it's not easy to find time and energy to look after yourself. Start bringing back some healthy routine with a Mama & Baby yoga class! It's a wonderful way to have fun with the little one, get your dose of the exercise and connect with other moms! The practice is adjusted to suit your needs in postpartum and help your body recover after the labour. Babies will have good time, too. They can stay close to moms but also see and interact with other babies, which is great for their social skills development. Do you rather leave the precious little one at home with your partner? That is totally fine, too! Come and practice with other moms. After all, you may need a break more than you think. Investment: € 17,- per class or pay with a plan. Note! We recommend to wait until at least 6 weeks of postpartum and check with your physician before retaking on physical exercising. The best time for your baby to join is while they still can't walk and aren't too active at crawling.
