What is it?
Gentle Vinyasa class allows time and space to connect with your body through mindful movements and breath. This class combines elegant, fluid movements with gentle core activation and opening of the body. The element of the class is water. The fluidity helps to connect with intuition and our deep sensuality. The class is performed in a slow pace and is acceptable to everyone. Previous experience with yoga is not required.
