What is it?
Easy Flow class is focused on practicing the fundamental yoga poses (asanas), understanding the body alignment and becoming aware of the body & mind connection through breath. This class is lesser fluid and slightly more technical, with more static asanas and lesser transitions. It is performed in a slow pace which allows to get used to the poses and familiarise with the practice of yoga. It is a perfect choice for people who only start their yoga journey and anyone who wants to build an awareness of their body.
