Easy Flow is a gentle practice for body and mind. It is perhaps the best class to get introduced into yoga as it is performed in a slower pace and with more time for relaxation. It is also a perfect practice for those days when you just want to take it easy. 

This class is taught in a slower pace and combines both strenght excercises and relaxation techniques to balance the body and mind. Smooth and slow transitions provide movement in a secure way while static poses naturally increase strength, flexibility and create space in the parts of the body that feel stiff. Office employees who spend most of their day sitting and often experience painful sensations in their neck, shoulders, back or hips will certainly benefit from this class. But also physically trained people, such as footballers, athletes or cyclists will experience the relaxing effects of Easy Flow practice on their tight muscles.

On the emotional level Easy Flow class helps to withdraw your mind from distractions and reconnect with yourself. Each class is opened and closed with a short meditation practice or breathing exercises.  It is common to experience a feeling of tranquility at the end of the class. 

Our Easy Flow classes are based on Vinyasa yoga. Just like with the regular Vinyasa class, there is no fixed sequence.
No one class is the same, and there is always something new to discover about yoga and yourself.
